Fatty George eigentlich Franz Georg Pressler#

b. Vienna, April 24, 1927, d. Vienna, March 29, 1982, jazz musician. After the war his Two-Sound-Band became famous with performances in the officers' clubs of the occupying forces. In 1952 he opened the first Jazz-Casino in Innsbruck and recorded his first disc in 1954. From 1958 he had his own saloon in Vienna ("Fatty´s Saloon") and from 1977 his own television programme ("Fatty live").
