Feistmantl, Josef, b. Hall im Tirol (Tirol), Feb. 23, 1939, luge racer. Won the gold medal in the luge doubles with Manfred Stengl at the 1964 Olympic Games in Innsbruck; 1967 European champion in doubles (with Wilhelm Bichl); 1969 world champion in singles in Koenigssee.
