Feld am See, Carinthia, municipality in the district of Villach, alt. 751 m, pop. 1,120, area 33.68 km2, summer tourist and swimming resort on Lake Brennsee, situated in the Nockberge mountains between Villach and Lake Millstatter. - Fish hatchery, Institute for Environmental Protection and Energy, wildlife park; tourism (125,079 overnight stays). Protestant church (1787).
