Frankl-Hochwart, Lothar Ritter von#

b. Vienna, July 12, 1862, d. Vienna, Dec. 19, 1914, neurologist, son of Ludwig August Ritter* von Frankl-Hochwart; professor at Vienna University. Studied tetany, initiated the introduction of Pituitrin into gynaecology and substantially improved the diagnosis of brain tumours.
