Giesl-Gieslingen, Adolph#
Giesl-Gieslingen, Adolph, b. Trento (Italy), Sept. 7, 1903, d. Vienna, Feb. 11, 1992, engineer, nephew of Vladimir Giesl von Gieslingen. From 1929-1934 in the USA, chief constructor at the Floridsdorf locomotive factory, 1946 honorary professor at the University of Technology in Vienna, developed the G. ejector (flat funnel) for steam locomotives.
