Hörfeld#

Hoerfeld valley, valley plain at the Styrian-Carinthian border, at the western foot of the Seetal Alps, drained by the Hoerfeld stream into the River Goertschitz. Noreia located on the eastern slope. The existence of an old Roman road made this area the subject of many legends and sagas ("the sunken town of Hoera").
