Hauberrisser, Georg von#

b. Graz (Styria), March 19, 1841, d. Munich (Germany), May 17, 1922, architect. Studied under F. v. Schmidt, in 1866 settled in Munich, where he became a successful artist. Expert mainly at building city halls (Munich City Hall, from 1867); 1881-1891 Church of the Sacred Heart in Graz. His father, Georg H. the Elder (1781-1875), was much in demand as an architect for residential buildings in Graz.
