Heger, Ignaz Jacob#

b. Polička (Czech Republic), July 5, 1808, d. Vienna, May 11, 1854, stenographer. Friend of F. X. Gabelsberger, in 1842 opened the first school of Stenography in Vienna and headed the first parliamentary stenographers´ office. Taught at the Polytechnic Institute.
