Heinrich von Neustadt#
Heinrich von Neustadt (= Wiener Neustadt, Lower Austria), wrote epics in Middle High German; mentioned in documents from around 1312 as a physician in Vienna; around 1312 wrote a novel in verse after a Latin original ("Apollonius von Tyrlant") and the religious poem "Von Gottes Zukunft" (The Arrival of God), a heilsgeschichte in verse about the incarnation of the Redeemer.
