Hintersee, See#

Hintersee, Lake, province of Salzburg, alt. 688 m, 1.5 km long and 0.7 km wide, 22 m deep. Lake Hintersee lies south-east of the city of Salzburg and is fed and drained by the Taugl stream. The municipality of Hintersee (tourism, recreation) is located upstream at an altitude of 746 m.
