Hubertusburg, Frieden von#

Hubertusburg, Peace of: At the former Saxon hunting seat of Hubertusburg (near Leipzig), Austria (Maria Theresia), Prussia (Friedrich II) and Saxony declared the end of the Seven Years´ War on Febuary 15, 1763. Austria finally surrendered Silesia and Glatz, the Prussian king promised to support the election of Joseph II as emperor.
