Ischler Programm, school reform programme drawn up in August 1946 under the chairmanship of F. Cech, gave the vocational school system a uniform, flexible structure (qualifying examination, foreign languages as compulsory subjects, holiday internships, school-leaving examination in secondary schools), capable of adjustment in the light of economic demand.
