Jung-Tirol#
Jung-Tirol (Young Tirol):, a group of liberal, anticlerical Tirolean poets around the end of the 19th century; H. Greinz and H. v. Schullern dedicated an almanac of the same name, published in 1899, to their mentor A. Pichler. Among the most well-known representatives of this group were R. C. Jenny, F. Kranewitter, and A. H. Povinelli. Jung-Tirol published the fortnightly periodicals "Der Scherer" (1899-1904) and "Der Foehn" (1909-1911).
