Kürnberger Wald#
Kuernberger Wald Mountain, Upper Austria, forested ridge west of Linz; its highest elevation is the Kuernbergburg (alt. 526 m). The Kuernberger Wald Mountain forms a small part of the Bohemian Massif, being separated from the rest of it by the River Danube, and is composed of gneiss. In the north it drops towards a narrow valley of the Danube (Linzer Pforte), in the east it extends to the town area of Linz.
