Kastner, Walther#
Kastner, Walther, b. Gmunden (Upper Austria), May 11, 1902, d. Vienna, March 31, 1994, law scholar, art lover and patron. Civil servant in the Austrian financial procuratorship subsequently member of the managing board of Semperit AG and executive in the Kontrollbank. From 1949 commercial counsel, from 1964 professor of commercial law at the university of Vienna. Honorary member of the Academy of Sciences.
