Keller, Julia Liliane Liane#

b. Wolfsberg, Carinthia, March 28, 1903, d. Vienna, Oct. 16, 1995, writer of children's books. Studied psychology, psychoanalysis and the history of art and literature. Co-founder of the Austrian Buchklub der Jugend (Book Club for Young People) after 1945. Chief areas of interest: fairy tales, legends and myths as well as environmental issues. Wrote more than thirty books between 1948 and her death.
