Kesselfall#
Kessel Waterfall, in the province of Salzburg, 1,034 m, former waterfall in the middle Kaprun Valley; Kesselfall Alpenhaus mountain refuge. The Wasserfallboden reservoir above the former Kessel Falls now stores the water of the Kapruner Ache stream, which therefore no longer has enough water to form a waterfall. A road leads up to the Kesselfall-Alpenhaus, which is a good starting point for climbs to the peaks of the Glockner Mountains.
