Kienboeck, Viktor, b. Vienna, Jan. 18, 1873, d. Salzburg, Nov. 23, 1956, lawyer, Christian Socialist politician,. Minister of Finance from 1922-1924 and 1926-1929, 1932-1938 President and 1952-1956 Vice-President of the Austrian National Bank. Carried out the financial rehabilitation of the Austria government budget under I. Seipel by a ( League of Nations Loan) in 1922.
