Kleinmayr, Ignaz von, b. Žužemberk, Slovenia (then Seisenberg), June 12, 1795, d. Ljubljana, Slovenia (then Laibach), Sept. 19, 1874, bookseller, publisher, printer; son of Ignaz Josef Kleinmayr, brother of Ferdinand Josef von Kleinmayr, grandfather of Julij von Kleinmayr. 1817 took over the printery founded in Ljubljana in 1782 and the newspaper "Laibacher Zeitung" (with supplements featuring Slovenian poets); made important contributions to printing and literature in Carniola.
