Kremenezky, Johann#

Kremenezky, Johann, b. Odessa (Ukraine), Feb. 15, 1850, d. Vienna, Oct. 25, 1934, electrical engineer and industrialist. 1880 opened a factory for dynamos in Vienna, which produced the first incandescent lamps in Austria. In 1886 he received the licence for the first power station in Vienna. Was a friend of T. Herzl.
