Military Decorations, military awards from the 1st and 2nd World Wars, which are worn during military ceremonies or events organised by the Oesterreichische Kameradschaftsbund. The wearing of awards from World War I is not restricted by any laws, whereas civilians may only wear war awards of the German Wehrmacht (Hitler's army during World War II) if all emblems denoting an organisation forbidden in Austria have been removed. Members of the Austrian Armed Forces are not allowed to wear any decorations awarded by the German Wehrmacht.
