Lind im Drautal#
Lind im Drautal, Carinthia, village in the district of Spittal an der Drau, alt. 589 m, in the upper valley of the River Drau/Drava, cadastral district of the municipality of Kleblach-Lind. Gothic parish church with late Baroque west part, Gothic tower, outside the chancel marble tombstone with relief of a knight (around 1419); Maria Hilf chapel (consecrated in 1347, Baroque alterations) with frescos (from 14th century, around 1400 and around 1500), Madonna of the Protecting Cloak (around 1480, since 1969 inside parish church), some remains of the ruins of Oberlind and Unterlind castles.
