Liszt, Eduard#
b. Vienna, March 13, 1867, d. Vienna, July 26, 1961, law scholar, brother of Franz v. Liszt, cousin of Franz Liszt; 1925 professor at the University of Graz, representative of the theory that the nature of crime is due to the criminal's defective attitude to values protected by law.
