Ministerverantwortlichkeit#
Ministerial Accountability, responsibility of the supreme federal authorities for negligent violations of the law in the conduct of their official functions. Ministerial accountability is asserted before the Constitutional Court on the basis of a charge by resolution of the Nationalrat. Politically, ministers are responsible to the Nationalrat and the Federal President.
