Penck, Walther#
b. Vienna, Aug. 30, 1888, d. Stuttgart (Germany), Sept. 29, 1923, geologist, son of Albrecht Penck. 1912-1914 in Argentina, professor in Constantinople (1915) and Leipzig (1919), specialised in geomorphology.
