Petit-point-Stickerei#

Petit Point Embroidery, "half-cross" stitch (small stitch), Austria held a leading position in this type of work during the Biedermeier period. The coloured Viennese embroidery patterns and motifs (between 1811 and 1848 mainly from the publishing house H. F. Mueller) were very popular.
