Pirchner, Werner#

b. Hall in Tyrol, Feb. 13, 1940, composer. Began as a jazz musician (vibraphone) and until 1988 performed in numerous concerts with international stars; during this time he composed music for films. Since the early 1980s he has also composed works that combine elements of light music and serious music. 1993 composed the signature tunes of the radio programme Oe1.
