Prato#
Prato, traditional Austrian cookbook, published in 1858 by Katharina Prato (1818-1897, nee Polt) and called "Die sueddeutsche Kueche" ("The South-German Cuisine"); became very popular as "Die grosse Prato" and was published in 80 editions and several translations until 1957. V. Leitmaier, Katharina Prato´s granddaughter, published "Die kleine Prato" as an abridged version in 1931.
