Reschenpass#
Reschen Pass (Italian: Passo di Resia), South Tirol, 1,504 m, pass between the Inn Valley and the uppermost part of the Etsch/Adige valley, since 1919 border pass between Austria and Italy. Its summit lies on Italian territory; to the south lies Reschensee lake (reservoir with power station). On the Austrian side lies the municipality of Nauders in the valley of the Stiller Bach stream. The route across the pass was used by the Romans.
