Reschny, Hermann#
Reschny, Hermann, b. Vienna, June 15, 1898, d. Graz (Styria), Jan. 7, 1971, teacher and politician (National Socialist party). Led the "Vaterlaendischer Schutzbund" over to the National Socialists, 1926 Chief of Staff of the Austrian Sturmabteilung (SA), 1933 commander of the Austrian Legion in Augsburg. In March 1934 he planned an SA Putsch, carried out by the SS on July 25, 1934 ( July Putsch), lost command of the SA, lived in Germany and had no more influence in Austria.
