Schinnerer, Erich#
b. Vienna, March 14, 1908, d. Vienna, March 3, 1996. Graduated in law in Vienna in 1932, after traineeships and a period of study in London qualified as a university lecturer in Berlin in 1935 and taught at several German universities; 1939-1943 professor at Prague University, was then conscripted into the army and taken prisoner of war; 1950-1974 company lawyer for the Creditanstalt, 1962-1980 professor at the Vienna University of World Trade as well as arbitrator in international affairs (expert witness of the United Nations Commission of International Trade Law).
