b. Vienna, March 22, 1921, d. Vienna June 8, 1999, Lawyer. 1969-1993 President of the Chamber of Lawyers of Vienna, Lower Austria, Burgenland; 1974-1993 President of the Austrian Federation of Chambers of Lawyers. Played an important role in the shaping of Austrian law (among other things criminal law, family law); 1977-1999 chairman of the Listeners and Viewers Association of the ORF (Austrian Broadcasting Corporation).
