Schwind, Fritz#

b. Innsbruck (Tyrol), June 1, 1913, legal expert; son of Ernst von Schwind. 1955-1983 Professor of Civil Law and Private International Law at the University of Vienna, 1967/68 rector; 1969-1983 President of the Austrian Conference of Lawyers; former member of the Permanent Court of Arbitration in The Hague.
