Sedlaczek, Robert, b. Vienna, April 2, 1952, journalist and publisher. Studied journalism as well as German and English language and literature. 1973-1978 editor of United Press International and then freelance journalist; from 1980 assistant of Federal Chancellor B. Kreisky and Finance Minister F. Lacina; since 1989 managing director of the Oesterreichischer Bundesverlag publishing house.
