St. Andrä im Lungau#
St. Andrae im Lungau, province of Salzburg, municipality in the district of Tamsweg, alt. 1,044 m, pop. 719, area 10.50 km2, bi-seasonal tourism (35,901 overnight stays in 1992), situated at the confluence of the Goeriach stream and the River Taurach; terminal of the museum train (Taurachbahn railway) from Mauterndorf to Sankt Andrae. - At the centre of the city, Roman parish church with Gothic choir and western tower, high altar (1724) with altar-piece by C. Lederwasch, Gothic Madonna (around 1500); Lungau Einhof and Paarhof farmhouse types.
