Vivatis Holding AG#

Vivatis Holding AG, holding company of the food and beverage industry, founded in 1995, 100% subsidiary of (see) AMF Austria Milch- und Fleischvermarktung reg. Gen. m. b.H., whose operative activities have since been largely taken over by Vivatis. Incorporating 17 companies (1999), the Vivatis group is among Austria's largest food and beverage enterprises. As a sideline, Vivatis acts as a frozen food distributor for the whole Austrian territory, supports the distribution of branded goods (food brokerage), and provides environmentally friendly offal disposal services. With 1304 employees on its payroll, the group reported sales in the order of ATS 5.2 billion in 1998.
