From 1965 employed by Porsche Austria, where he worked in various divisions; from 1987 president of the Porsche Bank AG and member of the supervisory board of the Porsche Versicherungs AG insurance company; from 1991 managing director of Porsche Austria; since 1993 executive manager of Porsche Holding.
