Weinsberger Wald#
Weinsberger Wald Plateau (also called Weinsberger Forst), granite plateau rich in forests situated at the border between Lower and Upper Austria; its southern part reaches into the Waldviertel Region, its northern part into the Muehlviertel Region; its highest point is Weinsberg mountain (alt. 1,041 m). The rivers Kamp, Krems, Ysper and Naarn rise in the Weinsberger Wald Plateau. Main villages: Arbesbach (Lower Austria), Koenigswiesen (Upper Austria).
