Wiesinger, Alois#
b. Magdalensberg (Upper Austria), June 3, 1885, d. Schlierbach (Upper Austria), Jan. 3, 1955, theologian (Cistercian), missionary. From 1917-1955 abbot of the monastery of Schlierbach, whose economic organisation he restructured. Lived in Brazil from 1939-1946, where he founded a monastery. Also known for his writings.
