Zauner, cafe and confectionery, in Bad Ischl (Upper Austria), founded 1832, formerly "k. u. k. Hoflieferant" (Purveyor to His Royal and Imperial Majesty); leading confectioner´s selling only self-made products. Most famous are the Zauner-Stollen fruit-loaf (since 1905), Ischler Oblaten (Ischl Wafers) and Zauner-Kipferl crescents. Private world-wide mail-order business. 90 employees.
