Zeltschach#
Zeltschach, Carinthia, village in the district of St. Veit an der Glan, alt. 817 m, north-east of Friesach and cadastral district of this municipality (since 1973). - Documented mention in 898, mining during the Middle Ages; St. Hemma von Gurk was a member of the dynasty of the Counts of Zeltschach; Gothic parish church (documented mention between 1060 and 1088), Romanesque tower, richly contoured west portal, floral and vine scroll paintings (around 1500), 3 Rococo altars (high altar from 1756), bell (1653); castle ruins.
