b. Bludenz, Vorarlberg, April 13, 1947, manager and industrialist. Studied at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration, worked, inter alia for IBM and Spar, since 1987 with Berndorf AG (formerly state-owned). Following a management buyout became co-owner and chairman of the managing board of the company.
