Zumtobel, Martin junior#

b. Dornbirn (Vorarlberg), March 14, 1947, entrepreneur; son of Martin Zumtobel Sr. Studied business administration in Vienna and management at Fontainebleau. Joined his father's import and wholesale business F. M. Zumtobel (A & O); took over the management and the majority of shares in 1981. From 1975 built up the supermarket chain "familia", which he sold to the Swiss group "Migros" in 1993; since then participating interests in various international companies. In 1992 founded the political party "Wirtschaftspartei" (Economic Party, WIP), which soon afterwards was absorbed by the Liberales Forum.
