The Margravian opera-house was built from 1744 to 1748 by Margrave Friedrich and Wilhelmine, the sister of Friedrich d. Großen of Prussia.
Das markgräfliche Opernhaus aus 1744-48 wurde von Markgraf Friedrich und Wilhelmine, der Schwester Friedrichs des Großen von Preußen, errichtet.
