Barracks at the Auschwitz II (Birkenau) concentration camp. The camp and surrounding satellite camps were built by Nazi Germany in occupied Poland during World War II.

Following the war, the Polish Government established a memorial museum to honor the more than 1 million victims who died at the camp.
