b. Vienna, July 30, 1777, d. Gresten (Lower Austria), Dec. 10, 1848, diplomat, then politician dealing with economic issues and administration, 1838 General Director of Court Architecture, 1840 founded the Austrian Trade Association, 1848 for a short time commander of the Academic Legion.
