Habsburg-Lothringen, Otto, b. Reichenau (Lower Austria), Nov. 20, 1912, eldest son of the last Austrian Emperor Karl I; renounced his entitlement to rule and all other rights and privileges in 1961. Since 1973 president of the International Pan European Union, 1979-1999 CSU member in the European Parliament.
