Landesverfassungen#
Constitutions, Provincial: the federal provinces have their own provincial constitutions which must not overlap with the federal constitution (as stated in article 99 paragraph 1 of the federal constitutional law). Decisions relating to the provincial constitution must be taken in the presence of at least half the members of the Landtag and a majority of two thirds of the votes cast. Bundeslaender.
