Landtafel#
Landtafel: 1) record of legal transactions of the nobility, in 1321 for Bohemia and in 1348 for Moravia; 2) registration of all judgements passed under Landrecht statutes and decisions of the Landtag. In the Austrian provinces, compilations of acknowledged privileges of a province and the record of the real estate property of the nobility were called Landtafel. They were kept together with real estate registers after 1848 in Lower and Upper Austria. With the Law on the Adjustment of the Real Estate Register of November 27, 1980 (Federal Law Gazette Nr. 550/1980) the Landtafel became part of the Real Estate Register and was computerised in 1986.
