Colossus of Rhodes. It is not known what the statue really looked like. In some pictures (like in the one before, dated 1778, taken under CC from https://www.flickr.com/photos/crackdog/3073313268/ ) ships would pass underneath its body. In other pictures (like the one from 1880 under CC from wikipedia/commons/5/5f/Colosse_de_Rhodes_%28Barclay%29.jpg)
